Our tenant representation team works to understand the specific needs of our clients through the application of our vast experience, knowledge of the market, and creative problem solving. We prioritize your success by analyzing your business needs, advising in on-site selection, and executing and negotiating the best possible lease terms.
Project & Construction Management
We don’t just manage construction. We provide a full range of project management services, including site tours, work letter negotiation, design development, scheduling, budgeting, and much more. In the end, your project concludes with either a seamless renovation of your existing space or a seamless relocation to your new space.
Asset Leasing
We take an imaginative, forward-thinking approach to maximizing asset awareness, stabilizing occupancy, and achieving optimal rent valuations – while forging positive relationships with the surrounding community. We’re with you through the entire investment cycle – we know your city, your building, and your dream tenants.
Lease Admin
& Audit
We offer current and prospective tenants a comprehensive lease auditing service which helps clients save money on operational costs by comparing current operating expenses and real estate taxes against the market. Approximately 30% of all audits produce savings, which in turn, are 100% credited to our clients.
